UPVC Cladding Procedure

• 1. Inspect roofline for damage
• 2. Check for telephone, tv or other electrical fixings
• 3. Remove original timber fascia, soffit and bargeboard before fitting replacement material if required.
• 4. Any rot in the ends of the rafter will be repaired using good quality timber treated with preservative.
• 5. Make sure that any old nails in the ends of the rafters are removed.
• 6. Roofing felt under the tiles is checked at the eaves. Felt often deteriorates at this point. Repaired in necessary
• 7. Fix the fascia to the ends of the rafters using plastic headed stainless steel ring nails.
