The Procedure for Roof Coating
- 1. Place protective tarpaulins around property.
- 2. Put bungs into the rainwater down pipes to prevent moss & dirt going into the drainage system.
- 3. Power wash to remove moss, lichen
and general grime and dirt.
4. Surveys / Inspection of roof. - 5. Access & Repair the pointing and damaged titles.
- 6. Remove the grime
- 7. Re-surface the roof with AquaSEAL polymer coating using Airless Spray Equipment
- 8. Clear spray to return roof to original colour, OR a colour pigment selected from one colour chart.
- 9. AquaSEAL solution seals the roof, holding titles together even under strong wind conditions.
